Mask breathing air tightness tester test method
Breath valve air tightness test method:
1. After sealing the fixed volume cavity with the airtight inspection cover, the system is pumped to a negative pressure state of 1180Pa, and the pressure change should not be observed within 2 minutes after closing the control valve.
2. The sample to be measured is installed on the fixed capacity cavity, and ensures the tight fit, so that the system reaches a negative pressure state of 1250Pa at a pumping rate of not more than 500mL/min, and the control valve is closed.
3. Start timing when the negative pressure of the system drops to 1180Pa, and record whether the time required for the system to recover the pressure is less than 20S
Expiratory bonnet test method: Fix the expiratory bonnet and mask body of the sample to be measured separately with appropriate fixtures (the fixing point should be reasonably close to the corresponding connection site). Start the material testing machine and apply it
Record whether there is fracture, slippage, deformation phenomenon.
Airtightness test method: wear the mask on the matching test head mold, seal the suction valve, and wet the exhalation valve. Start the vacuum pump, bring the negative pressure inside the mask to 1000 Pa, stop pumping, and start the meter
Observe and record the negative pressure drop value in the mask within 60s.
The main features of the mask breathing air tightness tester:
Realize automated detection, simple operation, no need for skilled labor, saving manpower
No need to dry the workstation, improve the working environment, easy maintenance
Improve the accuracy of testing, quantify leakage, reduce the failure rate, and realize the statistical analysis of data
Reduce complaints, shorten testing time, and save costs
Achieve non-destructive testing, high reliability, very suitable for the testing of electronic products
Curve simulation display of time and leakage dynamics
Full-featured input and output interfaces for control of external fixtures
The mask air tightness tester also has the function of bubble testing
